Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Due to the biological nature of our agricultural products, returns are accepted only in limited circumstances.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns may be accepted only if:

• Wrong product delivered

• Product received in damaged condition

• Manufacturing defect confirmed by SWASH

Customers must notify SWASH within 48 hours of delivery.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Returned products must:

• Be unused

• Be unopened

• Be in original packaging

• Include the original invoice

• Include batch number details

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following products are not eligible for return:

• Opened products

• Used products

• Partially consumed products

• Products damaged due to improper storage

• Products returned after the reporting period

• Products without original packaging

RETURN APPROVAL

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by SWASH.

SWASH reserves the sole right to approve or reject any return request.

RETURN SHIPPING

Where approved, customers may be required to return products to the designated SWASH location. Return shipping instructions will be provided after approval.
